Our interlocking device ANAGUARD reaches safety cat 4 PLe as per ISO 13849-1 in connection with our safety module AWAX. The Acotom® process featured in our coded bolt avoids the use of an extra safety switch on the guard door. ANAGUARD provides a reliable locking principle thanks to its high mechanical power that extracts easily the bolt, ensuring an efficiency in harsh environments.
The powerful mechanical power needs only a low consumption : 1W for a 12mm bolt diameter and a stroke of 9mm. ANAGUARD 2S can be daisy chained thanks to an M12 inlet or a cable (ref. W), depending on the version. The "GS" version offers the lock at power off and version "GI" offers the lock at power on.
ANAGUARDTM-2S allows to constitute an safety Interlocking of doors of machines. The bolt is encoded by process Acotom®, avoid the job of additional sensor. This product uses an innovative system giving an increase and powerful moving of the bolt to assure a good effectiveness in bad environments. Consumption is low for a performance mechanics raised: 1W in standby mode, 64W in boost mode. Electrical connection comes true by means of a cable (W) or M12 cable (MKT), depends of the version.
