We once again visited Hannover Messe to demonstrate our new range of products and what a response we received.

Some of the industry’s biggest names visited the stand and commented on our success and ability to design new, innovative products and keep the costs down.

The products that stole the show were once again our “Easywire Metering” System which is designed to ensure a faster installation with minimal wiring errors and our New Rayleigh connect monitoring software which is user friendly and customizable to meet the customer’s specific requirements.

With our rapid growth in and outside of the UK we had a lot of interest from European countries to become a Rayleigh Instruments approved Distributor to promote our products worldwide.

City Electrical Factors have hosted their first wholesale electrical trade show. The event was held in Hall 9 at the NEC, Birmingham on Friday 19th June 2015. The CEF Live event hosted more than 40 industry leading manufacturers, with product learning seminars by industry experts as well as innovative product launches.

This event was a must for electrical contractors; architects; specifiers; public sector bodies and private sector Companies.

Rayleigh Instruments were delighted to be showing products at this inaugural event including their range of Elster kWh meters, Easywire meters and current transformers, their range of Elko and Datexel products along with Rayleigh energy meters and many of their stocked CT's.

Rayleigh Instruments has introduced a novel method of wiring and installing power meters and current transformers. The new 'EasyWire' system substantially reduces the time it takes to wire and install three phase current transformers and multifunction energy meters, thanks to a design that allows plug-in connections to be used for both current and voltage input/output. An RJ45 lead is used to connect transformer and meter, and ready-made plug-in leads are used for voltage input.

The meters are provided with both input and output voltage connections, which allow up to 32 meters to be daisy-chained to a common supply voltage via the first meter. There is a choice of five three-phase current transformer frames sizes, and a choice of two meter designs.
