We have been successful trading since we were established in 1964. We offer full after sales support, are BSi Certified to ISO9001 since 1991 and have an extensive range in stock.
Once you've registered with Rayleigh Instruments, you can sign in to your account at any time to view and update the personal details you have saved. Just click on the My Account link that appears at the top of every page an log in.
You will need to contact our Customer Support team who can raise a RMA number for you and talk you through the returns process. Please note that Rayleigh Instruments will not accept any returned goods without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Pleas see our Returns and Refunds page for more details.

Please have any pertinent Quotation, Order, Order Acknowledgement and Delivery information to hand so that we can get to the bottom of the problem for you as soon as possible. (For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Rayleigh Instruments offices may be recorded and monitored.)
