Distribution / Bonded Stock

Distribution

Many companies look to reduce the number of companies supplying goods to them. With this in mind, we offer a purchasing arrangement to customers, enabling them to purchase all electrical equipment from one source.

We have built up a large purchasing base due to our manufacturing involvement with large projects, which enables us to offer products at competitive prices that fall outside our normal range of supply.

Such products include:-

  • Fans
  • Plugs
  • Sockets
  • Fuses
  • Contactors
  • Busbars
  • Pushbuttons
  • Lamps
  • Switches

To proceed, all we ask is for a list of products used, quantities and prices paid. It will then be our aim to provide the same product at a competitive price, providing cost savings and reduction of supplier base.

Bonded Stock

We offer many customers the facility of bonded stock, whereby an agreed quantity of stock is provided for the customer to hold on their premises. The customer only pays for stock that is used. This facility has proven very useful where customers use a reasonable quantity of the same product.

At the end of each month, the customer simply counts the stock remaining on their shelves and faxes the figures to Rayleigh on a "count sheet" provided. An invoice will be raised at the beginning of the following month and replenishment stock sent to the customer.

This facility provides advantages for both customers and Rayleigh, in that invoicing and order handling is significantly reduced.
